Insight-X: FOUNDATION (ISX-F01)
With this course you build a solid foundation in the theory of Insight-X. You will learn everything about the spectrum of diverse personalities (DISC +), thinking styles, inner motivations and learning styles. This will give you in-depth insight into their influence on behaviour, communication, perception, mental resilience, capacity, performance and much more. You will also learn to interpret the Insight-X results and reports, to discuss them and to apply them when helping individuals.

Insight-X: ADVANCED (ISX-A02)
This follow-up course focuses on the effective use of the Insight-X methodology for teams and even entire organisations. Whether it concerns groups of employees, middle management or executive management: analysing, advising, shaping and adjusting groups with multiple people requires a high degree of insight and expertise in the Insight-X methodology. Learn to solve these complex issues for various scenarios within the context of your environment and objectives. Participation requires successful completion of the ISX-F01 course.

Insight-X: MASTERY (ISX-M03)
Do you want to use Insight-X for your own customers? You can! Whether you are a coach or consultant or operate a large recruitment, assessment or consultancy organisation, with Insight-X you will rise to a distinctive level in one step. In this course you will learn everything you need to build a (more) successful company with Insight-X as (core) service to your customers. We dive into the depths of the applied methodology, learn how to effectively turn consultations, advisory discussions, coaching processes, (management) presentations and organisation-wide change projects into a success. We also look at your specific objectives and present proven business models for the successful operation of the Insight-X platform. Participation requires successful completion of the ISX-A02 course.
